Stabilizer curing temperature and heat resistance

Catalytic and heat resistance of polyethylene-type curing agents in the aromatic polyamines level. Anionic polymerization of (tertiary amines and imidazole Antiquities), cationic polymerization of (BF3 complexes) heat resistance is essentially the same, which is the start of the reaction mechanism, but eventually form a reticular formation of ether bond.
The curing reaction is a chemical reaction, and was greatly influenced by temperature, temperature increases, reaction speed, short gel time; the gel time of numerical curing temperature rise roughly in a straight line with a downward trend. Curing temperature, curing makes the performance, so the curing temperature limit; you must choose the curing and curing temperature of the performance tradeoffs, as suitable cure temperature. According to the curing temperature curing agent can be divided into four categories: low temperature curing temperature is below room temperature; room temperature curing temperature of ~50 c; medium-temperature curing agent for 50~100℃ high temperature curing temperatures above 100 degrees centigrade. Belonging to the curing agent for low temperature-cured varieties rarely, poly-Ryukyu-alcohol, polyisocyanate-type domestic development and production of T-31 modified amine modified amine, YH-82 can be cured at temperature below 0. Belonging to many different types of room temperature curing type: Aliphatic amines, cycloaliphatic polyamine; low molecular modification of polyamide and aromatic amines. Part belongs to the moderate temperature curing of cycloaliphatic polyamine, tertiary amines, narrow class such as boron trifluoride complexes. Belongs to the high temperature curing agent of aromatic amine, acid anhydride, resol, amino resin, dicyandiamide, and hydrazine, and so on.
